The wine
Concentrated apricot, honeycomb and floral aromas lead to an unctuous palate full of peaches and honey, balanced by refreshing acidity. A wonderful all-round dessert wine, tremendous value, and almost identical in style to its far pricier Sauternes neighbours across the river. 37.5cl bottle.

Cadillac is Sauternes's value-conscious cousin: sweet, botrytised and often almost identical in style, at a fraction of the price. This is a wonderful all-round dessert wine, and comes in the handy 37.5cl half.
