Willunga 100 Blewitt Springs Grenache Rosé 2025

The wine
A dry and refreshing style, with vibrant pink lady apple, orange blossom, rose petal, strawberry and raspberry.
Grenache makes some of the best rosé in Australia because it gives colour reluctantly and keeps its perfume. The fruit was harvested in the cool of the early morning and gently pressed, then fermented slowly and cool to protect those aromatics. Blewitt Springs is the sandy, higher, cooler corner of McLaren Vale, and it has become the source of Australia most perfumed Grenache.

The focus is on old bush vines and distinctive sub-districts, above all the sandy soils of Blewitt Springs, which lend Grenache a remarkable perfume and silky elegance. Single-vineyard bottlings showcase each site's character.
From the bright, juicy McLaren Vale Grenache to the perfumed single-vineyard wines of Blewitt Springs and Clarendon, plus a peppery Shiraz and a fresh Grenache rosé, the range celebrates the region's warm generosity with real finesse.
