The wine
A swirl of very fine bubbles in a creamy style, with developed biscuity notes from extended lees ageing and a lovely long, savoury finish. Full of charm, and wearing the house's signature Art Deco label with some justification.

Based at Ay, in the heart of the region, the house draws on growers across a wide spread of villages. The Art Deco Premier Cru and the rare Cuvée No. 21 show what a cooperative can achieve when it aims high.
