J. de Villebois

This family winery is the venture of Joost and Miguela de Willebois, descendants of an old French family established in the Netherlands since the nineteenth century, where the V became a W. Passionate about French culture and the Loire, they settled in Touraine in the 1990s.

The range is a tour of the Loire's Sauvignon country: Touraine, Menetou-Salon, Quincy, Pouilly-Fumé and Sancerre, including the single-soil Silex and Marnes Kimmeridgiennes bottlings that show precisely what terroir does to one grape.
