Chatto is the personal project of Jim Chatto, one of Australia's most respected winemakers and a devoted champion of Pinot Noir. What began as a small planting in the Huon Valley has become a byword for Tasmanian elegance. Every bottle carries the mark of a maker working at the height of his craft. Tasmania's cool maritime climate is among the finest anywhere for Pinot Noir, and Chatto sources from carefully chosen sites across the island.
