Wiston Estate Rosé
£29.75
The wine
Bursting with rhubarb, raspberries, sour cherries and redcurrants, with a touch of wild roses and lemon zest. The palate is bright with refreshing acidity, fine persistent bubbles and a touch of sherbet and hibiscus on the finish. Hard to put down.

Wiston Estate
View all Wiston Estate winesThe Goring family has owned Wiston since 1743, and it is presided over today by Harry and Pip Goring, with their son Richard and his wife Kirsty running the vineyard and winery day to day.
It was Pip's long-held conviction that the estate could grow great grapes; she had grown up in South Africa's winelands and recognised in the South Downs the same chalk and climate that serve Champagne so well. The original sixteen-acre vineyard, planted in 2006, was the fruit of that dream and her tenacity.
Under winemaker Marcus Rayner-Ward the team spares no effort in vineyard or winery, employing biodynamic principles and a beloved old Coquard basket press. The wines are among the most decorated in England.
