Monrouby Grenache Blanc IGP Pays d’Oc 2025

The wine
Grenache Blanc is the white mutation of Grenache, widely planted across the Languedoc and the southern Rhône, giving a broad, textural wine with moderate acidity that suits a warm climate well.
Pays d Oc is the regional IGP covering the whole Languedoc, and it gives growers the freedom to plant and blend varieties the local appellations would not permit. The region spent most of the twentieth century making bulk wine and has transformed more dramatically since the 1990s than anywhere in France. Monrouby is a Languedoc label working around the Bassin de Thau, the string of coastal lagoons west of Montpellier.
