A pale pink rosé with inviting aromas of ripe wild strawberry and raspberry compote and a gentle hint of spice through to a feast of red summer fruits on the palate with a long, fresh and saline finish.

Stephen and Jeany Cronk founded Maison Mirabeau after selling their house in London and moving the family to Provence to build a wine brand from nothing. Some years later they bought Domaine Mirabeau, a farm in the Plaine des Maures, and began a regenerative farming project there.

Stephen went on to co-found the Regenerative Viticulture Foundation, set up to build understanding of soil health and act as a resource for other growers wanting to farm the same way. The 20-hectare estate includes 14 hectares of vines. The range runs from the everyday Classic up to Etoile and the Domaine Mirabeau La Reserve.
