The wine
A traditional-method English sparkling wine from Kent, made from the three Champagne varieties. Expect green apple and citrus over a fine, persistent mousse, with the bright acidity that a cool English season guarantees.
Kent shares the same belt of chalk that runs beneath Champagne, surfacing on both sides of the Channel, and England's climate now delivers what Champagne's did a few decades ago. Traditional method means the second fermentation happens in the bottle, and the wine ages on its lees to build the bready complexity.

View all Madame F winesMadame F is a brand with a purpose as well as a label. It was created as a celebration of individuality and authenticity, and as a statement of support for the LGBTQ+ community.
The project works in collaboration with Queer Britain, the charity behind the UK's first national LGBTQ+ museum, and Madame F has sponsored its work directly. The wine itself is a pale Mediterranean rose from the south of France, where the Mediterranee IGP covers Provence and the departments around it, and where rose has never been an afterthought.
