Les Collines du Bourdic was founded in 1928 by a handful of growers from Bourdic and the villages around it, making light, fruit-forward wines of the sort the region had always made. The knowledge passed down the generations and the cooperative took its present name in 1985.It now farms 1,700 hectares, of which 150 are organic and certified HVE Level 3. The Heritage range is the flagship: modern in vinification but unchanged in spirit, with pale luminous colours, aromatic lift and the flavours you expect from the south of France.
