The wine
This pale salmon pink rosé shows fruity aromas of grenadine and vibrant red fruits followed by a round and fresh finish. Named for the game played in every village square in the south of France, and made in much the same spirit: unhurried, sociable and best shared outdoors.

The fruit is sourced from vineyard sites across the South West of France, then blended and bottled as an exclusive for Hallgarten. The range is deliberately unfussy: a white, a rose and a red, all Vin de France, made to be opened without ceremony over a long lunch.
