Les Boules

Les Boules is a trio of southern French wines named for the game played in every village square between Perpignan and Nice, usually in the shade and rarely in a hurry. The fruit is sourced from vineyard sites across the South West of France, then blended and bottled as an exclusive for Hallgarten. The range is deliberately unfussy: a white, a rose and a red, all Vin de France, made to be opened without ceremony over a long lunch.
