The wine
Le Clos Jordanne is one of Canada's finest addresses for Burgundian Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, farmed on the limestone rich slopes of Niagara. Le Grand Clos is its flagship single vineyard cuvee.
Impressively pure and fine on the nose, with red apple, lemon, smoke and spice. The palate is well defined, showing pear, citrus and cream that lead to a long, complex finish.
A fine match for roast chicken, richer fish and soft cheeses. Serve lightly chilled.
