Les Champs Perdrix is Hubert Moret-Nominé's Vosne-Romanée, pure Pinot Noir from a fine parcel in Burgundy's most celebrated village. Elegant and silky, it is a wine of real class.

Red cherry, raspberry, violet, spice and a hint of forest floor fill a fragrant nose. The palate is refined and medium-bodied, with pure red fruit, fine tannins and a long, savoury, mineral finish.

Superb with duck, game birds and mushroom dishes. Serve at cool room temperature.
