Hubert Moret-Nominé is a fine grower in the heart of Burgundy's Côte de Nuits, crafting elegant, terroir-driven Pinot Noir. Working prized parcels in and around Vosne-Romanée, it makes wines of real finesse. These are Burgundies of purity and grace. The vineyards lie on the great limestone slopes that give the Côte de Nuits its magic. Careful, traditional winemaking lets each site express itself. Low yields and gentle handling preserve the fruit's delicacy. Les Champs Perdrix comes from a well-placed parcel on the edge of Vosne-Romanée, the most celebrated village of the Côte de Nuits.
