Domaine Rolet Vin Jaune 2018 (62cl)

The wine
Vin Jaune is the Jura legendary wine, made from Savagnin and aged for over six years under a veil of yeast. A rare and singular treasure.
The wine is powerful and savoury. Intense walnut, curry spice, dried apricot, and a saline tang unfold over a bone-dry, endlessly long palate. Utterly unique.
A wine for great cheese and slow evenings. Serve at cool room temperature with aged Comté, chicken in cream, or curried dishes.
