The wine
Golden yellow, with lemon zest and flint on the nose leading to a palate combining beautiful richness and a long, mineral finish. A single-parcel Sancerre with rather more weight than the village bottling.

The range covers the ground properly: neighbouring Menetou-Salon, classic Sancerre blanc, the single-parcel Le Désert du Petit Bannon, and a serious Sancerre rouge from Pinot Noir.
