A pure wine delivering delicate citrus and floral aromas with green apple. Refreshing, with crisp acidity and bright minerality balancing a beautifully rich palate. Sur lie means aged on its lees through the winter, which is what gives Muscadet its texture.

Chéreau-Carré is one of the leading names in Muscadet, with substantial family-owned vineyards in some of the finest locations in the region. The holding runs to 135 hectares of top-quality soil, making them among the largest producers in the appellation, and the estate is farmed sustainably.

Muscadet has spent decades being underestimated. In the right hands, aged on its lees through the winter, it is one of the great seafood wines of the world, and Château de Chasseloir is a fine argument for that.
