The wine
An intense, luminous peachy pink delivering delicate mandarin, peach, mulberry and raspberry. Refreshing, with a richness of fruit supported by a round, supple and velvety structure. Rather more interesting than most pink Champagne at the price.

Based at Ay, in the heart of the region, the house draws on growers across a wide spread of villages. The Art Deco Premier Cru and the rare Cuvée No. 21 show what a cooperative can achieve when it aims high.
