Brown Brothers is one of Australia's leading family-owned wine companies, based in Milawa, Victoria for over 130 years. The family's sense of adventure has always led the way: in 1989, to mark a century of winemaking, they built the Kindergarten Winery, a miniature winery where experimental wines are made on a small scale.

In 2015 fourth-generation Katherine Brown joined the winemaking team as the first female winemaker in the family, working alongside the award-winning Cate Looney. For a company named Brown Brothers, today it is led by a team of eight women and two men.

Their pioneering range embraces varieties few others touch: the juicy, chillable Cienna and Tarrango, the joyously grapey Moscato, and classic Estate wines from Victoria's high country. Members of Sustainable Winegrowing Australia, they craft every wine with care, attention and remarkable consistency. Few wineries put more smiles on more faces.
