The wine
Bodegas Máximo was founded in 2002 with a simple aim: modern Spanish wines of exceptional value. The Blanco is pure Viura, grown high on the Castilian plateau between 600 and 850 metres, where warm days and cool nights preserve its freshness and lift.
Fermented in stainless steel to keep the fruit crisp and clean, it offers delicate white flowers, green apple and citrus over a bright, zesty finish. An easy, versatile white for seafood, light dishes or a glass on its own.

At altitude, the wide swing between warm days and cool nights slows ripening and locks in freshness, vibrant acidity and aromatic clarity. At the winery, careful temperature control and gentle handling protect that character from vine to glass.
The range is deliberately simple and honest: a crisp Viura Blanco and a smooth, oak-kissed Tempranillo Tinto, both sealed under screwcap to keep the fruit pristine. Everyday Spanish wines, done properly.
