The wine
The Reserve range expresses each variety through Garzón’s coastal Maldonado terroir. This pure Tannat shows the refined, fresher style the estate has become known for, a world away from the grape’s rugged Madiran roots.
Deep and structured, it layers blackberry and dark plum with sweet spice and a savoury, mineral edge, the tannins firm but polished and the finish long and fresh. Serve with grilled red meats, lamb, game and mature cheeses.
