His bottlings offer classic Loire character with real integrity. The vineyards lie on the flinty, clay-limestone soils of Valencay, ideal for Sauvignon Blanc and a touch of Chardonnay. Careful farming and clean winemaking preserve the wines vibrant fruit and mineral freshness.
