A bright, lifted nose of red berries, continuing onto the palate where red cherry is complemented by warm cinnamon spice and lavender.

The Trott vineyard is a seventy-year-old site at Blewitt Springs. Blewitt Springs is the sandy, higher, cooler corner of McLaren Vale, and it has become the source of Australia most perfumed Grenache. Hand picked and destemmed with 10% kept as whole bunches, then fermented in stainless steel open fermenters, which allows the cap to be worked by hand.
