Willunga 100 bought the nineteen-hectare Blind Spot vineyard at Blewitt Springs in 2019, their first estate holding after years of buying fruit. Blewitt Springs is the sandy, higher, cooler corner of McLaren Vale, and it has become the source of Australia most perfumed Grenache. Hand harvested, destemmed and whole-berry sorted into open fermenters, with the whole-berry ferment given ten days on skins.
