Most alcohol-free wine starts as finished wine and has the alcohol stripped out, which takes much of the aroma with it. Wild Idol never ferments to alcohol at all: the juice is chilled and pressure-held so the natural grape sugar and aromatics stay where they are, and the sparkle is added rather than fermented. Wild Idol is made in Germany from Bacchus and Müller-Thurgau grown on the Rhine, and it carries no added sugar or artificial sweetener. This is the half bottle.
