A full and rich white wine filled with zesty lime, ripe pear and apple flavours and an underlying hint of white pepper and ginger spice. Provence sets the standard for dry rose, and the Cotes de Provence covers the greater part of the region.

The organically grown vines were first planted in the middle of the last century by the Perrono family and are now owned by Château de Berne. Winemaker Alexis Cornu makes wine here for pleasure rather than for critics, and the striking bottle has become as recognisable as the wine inside it.
