The wine
Intense in colour, with an elegant and powerful bouquet dominated by red fruits. Full of tannins, showing smoothness and elegance on the palate.
Les Narbantons sits on the slope of Mont Battois at 250 metres, on limestone with sandy marl, and is among the better premiers crus of Savigny-lès-Beaune. Hand sorted and destemmed, then given 48 hours of cold maceration at 10 degrees to draw colour and aroma before fermentation begins.
