The wine
Generous aromas of ripe cherry, plum and blackberry are enhanced by subtle notes of sweet spices and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, it is smooth and well-rounded, with supple tannins and a lingering, fruit-driven finish. The Heritage range is the cooperative's flagship, made to the same profile the founding growers established in 1928: light, luminous and aromatically vibrant, with modern vinification behind it.

View all Les Collines du Bourdic winesLes Collines du Bourdic was founded in 1928 by a handful of growers from Bourdic and the villages around it, making light, fruit-forward wines of the sort the region had always made. The knowledge passed down the generations and the cooperative took its present name in 1985.It now farms 1,700 hectares, of which 150 are organic and certified HVE Level 3. The Heritage range is the flagship: modern in vinification but unchanged in spirit, with pale luminous colours, aromatic lift and the flavours you expect from the south of France.
