Domaine Les Astrelles sits in the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin. The name fuses astre, meaning star, with les parcelles, the plots: a mosaic of tiny holdings scattered like stars in a galaxy, each with its own individuality.

It is a fitting image for Burgundy's philosophy of climats, and the estate's eleven hectares are cultivated mostly across the Côte de Nuits and Hautes-Côtes de Nuits by Jean Marie and Isabelle Chapier. The range runs from a serious Bourgogne Aligoté up to two distinct Gevrey-Chambertins.
