The wine

Great Heart's Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon is a structured, classic Cape red from prime mountain vineyards. Ripe yet fresh, it shows real varietal character.

Blackcurrant, black cherry and cedar meet a hint of mint and spice. The palate is full-bodied and firm, with ripe cassis fruit, fine tannins and a long, savoury finish.

Superb with roast beef, lamb and mature cheese. Serve at cool room temperature, decanted.
