The wine
Le Rive is Giovanni Almondo's top Arneis, from the finest parcels of the Bricco delle Ciliegie. Richer and more textured than the classic, it shows the grape's serious side.
Ripe pear, peach, citrus, almond and a floral, honeyed note fill an elegant nose. The palate is full yet fresh, with stone fruit, fine acidity and a long, saline, mineral finish.
Lovely with rich fish, poultry and creamy dishes. Serve lightly chilled.
