The wine
From the cool, breezy hills of Darling near the Atlantic, this is Fairview's crisp, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc. Cool fermentation keeps it fresh, unoaked and vivid.
Gooseberry, passion fruit and fresh-cut grass lift from the glass. The palate is zesty and bright, with citrus and green-fruit flavours and a clean, dry finish.
Delicious as an aperitif and with white fish, shellfish and goat's cheese. Serve well chilled.
