View all Eric Louis winesEric Louis is a fourth-generation Sancerre winemaker following in his family's footsteps. The estate was founded in 1860 by his great-grandmother Pauline, who gave her name to what was then Les Celliers de la Pauline, and lies in the south-eastern corner of the appellation. The range climbs from the classic Sancerre through the single-parcel Les Montachins and Cul de Loup, each showing a different face of the local flint and limestone.
