The wine
Grown on parcels around Meursault and the wider Côte de Beaune, this is Fabien Coche introduction to white Burgundy. Young vines, careful hands, honest fruit.
The wine is bright and welcoming. Expect orchard fruit, white blossom, and a twist of lemon, carried by a gentle creaminess from time on the lees. The finish is clean and quietly persistent.
An easy companion at the table. Pour it well chilled as an aperitif, or beside roast chicken, delicate white fish, and soft young cheeses.

Domaine Fabien Coche
View all Domaine Fabien Coche winesIn the heart of Meursault, where the Côte de Beaune folds into a patchwork of walled vineyards, the Coche name carries quiet authority. Fabien Coche tends a domaine passed through generations, farming parcels his family has known intimately for decades. His work begins in the vineyard, where low yields and patient attention set the tone for everything that follows.
The cellar approach is unhurried and precise. Grapes are pressed gently, fermented with native yeasts, and aged on their lees in oak, a portion of it new. Coche resists the temptation to overwork his wines, letting each parcel speak in its own accent. The result is Meursault of genuine depth, built for the table and for the years ahead.
There is range here too. Alongside the celebrated whites sit expressive reds, Pinot Noir of poise and perfume that reward the curious. Even the village Bourgogne carries the domaine signature of clarity, texture, and a finish that lingers.
To pour a Coche wine is to taste Meursault as its growers know it. Refined, generous, and unmistakably of its place.
