Voices of Angels is Charles Melton's cool-climate Shiraz, from the higher Adelaide Hills, a more elegant, perfumed counterpoint to the Barossa reds.

Deep and fragrant, it offers black cherry, blackberry, violet and white pepper over fine, silky tannins, finishing long, savoury and refined. Shiraz of real grace and detail.

Decant and serve at cool room temperature, with roast and grilled meats, game and hard cheese.
