Laurent-Perrier is one of the last great family-owned Champagne houses, based at Tours-sur-Marne. Its modern reputation was built by Bernard de Nonancourt, who returned from the Second World War to a house in ruins and spent the following decades turning it into one of the most respected names in the region.

The style is defined by freshness and a very high proportion of Chardonnay, with long ageing and low dosage. The Cuvée Rosé, made by maceration rather than blending, has been the benchmark pink Champagne since 1968, and Grand Siecle is a multi-vintage prestige cuvee assembled from three great years.
