The wine

From the volcanic heart of Soave Classico, this single-vineyard Superiore is Garganega at its most expressive, grown on the Montegrande hill.

With more depth and structure than everyday Soave, it layers ripe pear, white peach and almond with a saline, mineral freshness, finishing long, textured and dry. A serious, gastronomic white.

A natural with roast poultry, richer fish, risotto and soft cheese. Serve well chilled.

These are the finest hills in Soave, where old basalt soils and cool mountain air give the wines their signature mineral lift. It is a landscape built for elegant whites.
