The wine
Gambellara Classico is the Veneto's answer to Soave, a fresh white made entirely from Garganega on the volcanic hills east of Verona.
Pale and fragrant, it offers white flowers, pear, citrus and a gentle almond note over a soft, mineral freshness, finishing light, dry and clean. An easy, charming everyday white.
Lovely as an aperitif, and a natural with antipasti, white fish, seafood and lighter pasta. Serve well chilled.
