The wine

Custodia is the cantina's superior Custoza, a richer, more ambitious white blending Garganega with Manzoni Bianco and Trebbiano from the best hillside sites.

With more depth than the classic bottling, it layers ripe orchard fruit and citrus with a floral lift and a gentle, savoury texture, finishing long, fresh and dry. A characterful white built for the table.

A natural with roast poultry, richer fish, creamy pasta and soft cheese. Serve well chilled.

In the gentle hills between Verona and Lake Garda, Cantina di Custoza keeps alive one of the Veneto's most charming white wines. Bianco di Custoza is a local speciality, a fragrant blend of native grapes grown where the lake tempers the summer heat and the light comes off the water. It is a wine that belongs entirely to its place.

Garganega, Trebbiano, Friulano and their neighbours are brought together in wines of delicacy and perfume. Made fresh and unoaked, they trade power for finesse, all white flowers, orchard fruit and a gentle almond lift.
