Jack Green, Zak Walters and Charlie Vass are three friends who set out to bring exceptional organic wine to anyone, anywhere, in a can. It began with a trip to Sicily when Jack was eighteen: a chance meeting with a winery who put him up for the night, a morning in the vineyard picking grapes, and a decision about what he was going to do with his life.

He spent the next ten years in the wine trade, travelling, and saw at first hand both the effects of a changing climate and how much of wine's environmental cost sits in the packaging rather than the liquid. A glass bottle accounts for a large share of a wine's carbon footprint, chiefly through the energy needed to make it and the weight of shipping it. Aluminium is light, infinitely recyclable, and chills in minutes.

The wines are organic and made from Sicilian varieties rather than anonymous blends: Catarratto for the white, Grillo for the sparkling, Nero d'Avola with Syrah for the rosé and Frappato with Nero d'Avola for the red. Each can holds a generous glass and a half.
