Sylvain Debord

Sylvain Debord is Burgundian by birth and by heart. He studied at the Lycee Viticole de Beaune in 1991, where he met many talented growers including Nicolas Potel, with whom he has worked since 2006. From 1994 he studied at the University of Burgundy, contributing to technical research projects into the 2000s, and managed the university's experimental viticultural centre at Marsannay-la-Côte. His range is remarkable in its reach: from an honest Bourgogne Chardonnay at under twenty pounds to Corton, Clos de Vougeot and Chambertin itself.
