Renaissance Fleuriet Frères

The Fleuriet brothers farm in Sancerre, working the caillottes limestone that gives the appellation its characteristic cut. Magie des Caillottes is named for those stony soils, and Côte de l'Épée for the steep slope it comes from. Classical Sancerre, made without fuss: taut, citrus-driven and unmistakably of its place.
