Olivier Ravier

With over forty years behind him, Olivier Ravier is among the most respected winemakers in Beaujolais. A former president of the growers' association, he has been appointed an expert on French appellations by the national institute, and his understanding of the region, its climate and the Gamay grape is second to none. He lives in the heart of Fleurie, and the wines overflow with the typicity of their crus: fragrant, silky, and utterly true to place.
