Michel Gayot

Michel Gayot grew up surrounded by vines and describes what he calls a visceral attachment to the earth and what it offers if nurtured properly, a value his parents passed to him and his siblings.

After studying management he began his career in the wine trade, at home and abroad, before acquiring a vineyard in the heart of Burgundy which he now tends alongside the family estate in Beaujolais. He strives for excellent typicity: wines that taste unmistakably of where they come from.
