Caroline Lestimé is one of Chassagne-Montrachet's most admired winemakers, long at the helm of the historic Domaine Jean-Noël Gagnard. Her house brings her refined, precise touch to a selection of white and red Burgundy from the Côte de Beaune. Rooted in Chassagne, Lestimé's approach favours purity, balance and restraint. Careful farming and a light hand in the cellar allow the celebrated limestone terroirs of the Côte to express themselves with clarity and tension. The range gathers characterful whites, from a nutty, mineral Savigny-lès-Beaune to serious Chassagne-Montrachet from the Champ Derrière and Les Chaumes lieux-dits, alongside a charming Hautes Côtes de Beaune red.
