Alain Gayrel took over his family's nine hectares in 1976 and set about making it a reference point for Gaillac. He selected the best plots on old winegrowing soils and worked them by hand so that the terroir could speak.
His son Vincent continues the work. The family has built long-standing partnerships with growers farming sustainably under HVE Level 3 certification, and the wines are modern and fruit-driven while staying loyal to the signature varieties of the South West.
