BEAU VIVA

Beau Viva is the alcohol-free sparkling rosé from Maison Saint Aix, the celebrated Provence estate behind AIX Rosé. The fruit of a two-year research project, it is one hundred per cent French wine, with the alcohol gently removed and not a drop of compromise.

The wine is crafted exactly as a fine Provençal rosé before being de-alcoholised under vacuum at low temperature, preserving its delicate aromatics, then finished with fine bubbles. The result is a true 0.0%, low in calories and entirely vegan.

Pale pink and persistently sparkling, it offers rose petal, pink grapefruit and fresh red berries over a dry, crisp, subtly savoury palate. An aperitif of real distinction, and proof that celebrating without alcohol need mean no compromise at all.
